Entry Requirements
i. Applicants shall be friendly to China and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and the regulations of Mianyang Teachers’ College.
ii. Applicants shall be between 18 and 25 years old, and the age shall be calculated according to September 1 of the year of enrollment. Applicants who are under the age of 18 shall submit a guarantee letter from his/her guardians in China when applying.
iii. Applicants shall be physically and mentally healthy without a history of mental illness or drug abuse; A physical examination report shall be presented, which is proved to be valid with the signature of the doctor and the seal of the hospital in students’ host country;
iv. Applicants shall submit a certificate of Non-Criminal Record (please consult local relevant authorities for issuing a stamped version of official and valid documents)
v. Applicants shall at least hold a high school graduation certificate. Applicants who have not graduated shall provide a study/ pre-graduation certificate.
vi. Applicants shall hold a foreign passport within at least 12 months of validity and identification photos within 3 months.
vii. Preference will be given to applicants with HSK certificates or the foundation in Chinese learning. If without any experience in Chinese learning, applicants shall submit relevant proof of English proficiency.

Program Description
Main Courses: Western Economics, Principles of Management, Management Information System, Information System Analysis and Design, Python Programming, Python Data Analysis and Mining, Computer Network Design, Database Technology, Cloud Computing Technology, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, etc.
Employment Orientation: Graduates can be engaged in information management, big data development and management, e-commerce, e-government affairs, internet finance, and other work in government sectors, enterprises and public institutions, financial institutions, and other industries and departments.

*1. Scanned copy of the identity certificate issued by the guarantor or institution (issued by the legally binding and qualified Chinese institution or the institution of the host country)
*2. Bareheaded colorized photograph with a white background within 3 months (passport-sized electronic version)

*11. Scanned copy of physical examination report within 3 months, which shall be signed and sealed by a standard hospital. The original report shall be submitted upon registration.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
